Job Description

The Construction NQ can expect to get involved in a variety of work including;

  • Providing legal advice on a broad range of construction matters.
  • Reviewing and drafting construction contracts and agreements.
  • Handling dispute resolution and litigation cases related to construction.
  • Advising clients including developers and contractors.
  • Working closely with the Partner and other senior team members.
  • Building relationships with clients and providing high-quality service.
  • Taking an active role in business development.



The Successful Applicant

The successful Construction NQ should have:

  • Completed a seat in Construction during their training.
  • Strong academics
  • Ties to the Leeds market
  • Coming up to qualification or recently qualified.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
