As a medium-sized entity, it offers a collaborative environment where legal professionals can make a meaningful contribution to its mission and objectives.Job DescriptionConstruction Counsel will be responsible for carrying out a range of contentious and non-contentious duties, mainly overseeing and managing cases pertaining to latent defect claims and also providing vital services in connection with formation/reviewing of complex construction contracts, and other legal matters.
