Job Description

  • Assess and evaluate potential client and matter conflicts.
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis to resolve conflict issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of conflict resolutions.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding conflict-related matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of conflict-checking procedures.
  • Ensure timely and efficient handling of conflict-checking processes.
  • Support ad hoc projects related to risk and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Conflicts Analyst should have:

  • Experience in a conflicts role within legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with conflict-checking procedures and compliance standards.
  • A methodical approach to work with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using conflict-checking systems or databases such as Intapp.
