Job Description

As a Concierge, you will;

  • Greet and assist visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle feedback in a positive, effective way as the main point of contact.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  • Provide support to the Business Support department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Concierge should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour.
