Job Description

  • Providing exceptional service to guests by addressing their service needs and requests promptly.
  • Ensuring all guest queries regarding the hotel and its facilities are correctly and politely answered.
  • Maintaining a high standard of professional appearance and conduct within the role.
  • Assisting guests with travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, and similar requests.
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the local area to provide advice and recommendations.
  • Fostering good relations with all guests through continuous customer interaction.
  • Collaborating with the Hospitality & Leisure team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Concierge' should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A thorough understanding of the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
