Job Description

  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and practices.
  • Ensure the company is compliant with domestic and international regulations.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring process for model portfolio services.
  • Develop and maintain ESG monitoring process for sustainable funds and portfolios.
  • Assist the compliance team in following up on all issues raised as part of compliance monitoring work and to ensure related policies and procedural changes are implemented.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Officer should have:

  • A degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Officer within the financial services industry.
  • Solid knowledge of industry's standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • An analytical mindset with excellent organisational skills.
  • Integrity and professional ethics.
