Job Description

  • Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
  • Understand and apply legal requirements and controls.
  • Regularly review the company framework for compliance.
  • Keep up-to-date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
  • Report non-compliance issues.
  • Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Officer should have:

  • A good understanding of legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices.
  • Experience in risk management.
  • High integrity and professional ethics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of IT and legal matters.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
