Job Description

The Commercial Solicitor will be:



  • Advising clients on a range of commercial contracts.


  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements.


  • Managing key client relationships and providing strategic legal advice.


  • Collaborating with a global team to deliver tailored solutions.


  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Solicitor should be:



  • A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 1-2 years PQE in commercial law.


  • Experience from Private Practice.


  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
