Job Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

  • Advising a range of clients including investors, investment funds, corporate occupiers and developers
  • Provide expert legal advice on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, Landlord and tenant work, and development.
  • Work closely with the Partners in the team.
  • Support junior team members
  • Take an active role in marketing and business development.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:

  • Qualification as a solicitor likely to be around 4 years plus PQE
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property matters
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • Ties to Yorkshire
  • An interest to work for a national law firm
