Job Description

The Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor will be:

  • Managing and delivering complex commercial property matters efficiently
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, exceeding service expectations
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the department's growth strategy
  • Leading junior colleagues and sharing expertise to strengthen the team
  • Providing expert, market-informed legal advice with minimal supervision

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 7+ years PQE specialising in commercial property
  • Experienced in handling a broad range of commercial property transactions
  • Skilled in client management and committed to delivering excellent service
  • Proactive in business development with a proven track record of winning new clients
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team
