Job Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will:​

  • Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
  • Support senior partners on complex development and investment projects.
  • Advise clients across various sectors, including retail, logistics, and technology.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be: / have;

  • A solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in commercial property law.
  • Experienced in handling a range of commercial property transactions.
  • Proficient in lease negotiations and property acquisitions.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Knowledgeable about current legal and regulatory developments in commercial property.​
  • Strong academics and ties to Yorkshire
