Job Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:

  • Advising public sector clients on property development and regeneration projects
  • Drafting and negotiating key property agreements and contracts
  • Managing a varied and complex caseload, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Working closely with clients to provide strategic legal advice and solutions
  • Supporting senior colleagues on larger projects and contributing to team growth
  • Supporting on business development



The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Property Solicitor should have:

  • A solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property law
  • Experienced in advising on development and regeneration projects
  • An interest to work for a national law firm
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build client relationships
  • Able to manage a varied workload and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
