Job Description

The Commercial Property NQ will deal with a range of work including;

  • Advising on a full range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
  • Acting for a diverse client base, from SMEs to large organisations.
  • Managing transactions efficiently, delivering practical and commercially astute advice.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Developing client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Supporting Partners on larger transactions.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Commercial Property NQ should have:

  • A strong knowledge base in property law gained during their training contract
  • Strong academics
  • Ties to Leeds
  • An interest to work for a global legal firm
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
