The successful candidate will assist with a varied caseload from inception to conclusion. Whilst primarily based in the Manchester Office we would expect you to assist clients from across the offices of the firm.Job DescriptionAs a Commercial Litigation Solicitor you will deal with a full range of Commercial Litigation matters including contract disputes; warranty claims; shareholder disputes; professional negligence claims fraud as well as IP and tech disputes.The Successful ApplicantA successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor should have between 3-4 PQE in commercial litigation matters.
