Job Description

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:​

  • Managing a varied caseload, including contractual disputes, shareholder conflicts, insolvency issues, and professional negligence claims.​
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements.
  • Supporting clients throughout the litigation process and representing clients in Court
  • Collaborating with the Partner on larger claims.​
  • Contributing to business development and marketing activities.



The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be: / have;

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 1-6 years PQE.​
  • Experienced in handling a range of commercial disputes.
  • An interest to work for a regional law firm
  • Strong academics
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Skilled in drafting legal documents and client communication.​
  • Proactive in business development and client relationship management.

The firm offers a competitive salary between £45,000 and £60,000, depending on experience.
