Job Description

Commercial Litigation Paralegal

  • Researching the establishment and structure of potential clients/claimants.
  • Reviewing constitutional documents, relevant statutes and contractual documentation for securities litigation cases.
  • Reviewing new cases/judgements relating to securities litigation's claims in England and Wales.
  • Ensure any trading data and other legal documentation is reviewed and provided to any third parties as instructed in proceedings.
  • Arrange updates on client on-boarding and incurred fees.
  • Coordinating the gathering of evidence and the settlement distribution process

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial Litigation Paralegal
  • Disputes experience including some exposure to arbitration matters
