Job Description

The Commercial Litigation Associate will:



  • Advise clients on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes and professional negligence.


  • Represent clients in arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.


  • Handle public law disputes, including judicial reviews and procurement litigation.


  • Assist in contentious insolvency matters and reputation management work.


  • Work with an international team on cross-border legal issues and high-profile cases.

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Litigation Associate should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in commercial litigation.


  • Experienced in handling a variety of disputes, including contractual, professional negligence, and public law.


  • Proficient in dispute resolution methods, including arbitration and ADR.


  • Able to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional cases.


  • Strong communicator with a focus on delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
