The team has the experience, expertise and tenacity to assist with a huge range of business disputes, from the simple to the extremely complex.

Job Description

As a Commercial Litigation Associate your duties will include dealing with all aspects of commercial litigation including:

    • Shareholder disputes



    • Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)



    • Banking and finance disputes



    • Company disputes



    • Contract disputes



    • Debt recovery



    • Injunctions



    • Intellectual property disputes



    • Media/reputation management



    • Professional negligence



  • Sports disputes

The Successful Applicant

You will be a Commercial Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 PQE. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
