Job Description

The Commercial Litigation Associate will be:

  • Managing a range of mixed value and complex commercial disputes.
  • Collaborating with cross-office and cross-border teams on cases.
  • Engaging in alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and adjudication.
  • Supporting fee earners on complex transactions and contributing to training and marketing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Litigation Associate should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2-5 PQE in general commercial disputes.
  • Skilled in drafting, negotiation, and communication.
  • Able to deliver commercially sound solutions under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to training and client development.
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively across offices and disciplines.
