  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data collection and reporting.

  • Collaborate with auditors to facilitate audits and resolve any queries promptly.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and adherence to best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in accounting or financial management roles within the energy & natural resources sector.
  • A professional qualification in accounting such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for complex financial data management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
