Job Description

✅ Lead pricing & financials for high-value bids (£1M-£100M+), ensuring competitive and strategic pricing models.

✅ Business partner with senior stakeholders, including Business Development and Partnerships Directors, to drive commercial success.
✅ Develop financial strategies, including pricing frameworks, market analysis, and value propositions to support business growth.
✅ Support framework bids and competitive tenders, providing financial insights and analysis.
✅ Analyze market trends & competitors, shaping commercial strategies for long-term success.
✅ Manage incentivisation targets, reporting, and payment submissions to optimize financial performance.

The Successful Applicant


✅ Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
✅ Strong commercial skills
✅ Experience in pricing, bids, or financial strategy (preferred)
✅ Excellent stakeholder management & communication
✅ Proactive, customer-focused mindset
✅ Exposure to IT/BPO transformation projects (a plus)
