Job Description

  • Manage and oversee commercial litigation processes.
  • Provide legal advice to clients on a range of business services related matters.
  • Represent the organisation in court proceedings when required.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure best practices are maintained.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Litigation (4/5PQE) should have:

  • An honours degree in Law.
  • England & Wales qualified only.
  • Experience in a strong commercial litigation practice currently.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial litigation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
