Job Description

The Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor will be:

  • Handling a broad range of commercial disputes including shareholder, contract and insolvency matters
  • Leading on complex, high-value litigation and arbitration cases
  • Collaborating with senior colleagues and mentoring junior team members
  • Building and managing client relationships

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years' PQE in commercial litigation
  • Experienced in handling complex disputes independently and collaboratively
  • Commercially astute, pragmatic, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and mentoring peers
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of winning work or developing a client base
