Job Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:

  • Managing and negotiating commercial lease agreements
  • Drafting and reviewing lease extensions and renewals
  • Handling transactions related to telecoms infrastructure, including masts and data centres etc
  • Providing legal advice on property matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor or legal executive with extensive experience in commercial leases
  • Proficient in drafting and negotiating lease agreements
  • Experienced in telecoms infrastructure transactions (desirable)
  • Able to start immediately and commit to a 3+ month contract

What's on Offer

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £50-60, with a hybrid working arrangement of 2-3 days in the Leeds office and 2-3 days from home.
