Job Description

  • Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate research to support ongoing cases.
  • Provide clear and concise advice to clients on complex legal issues.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, medical professionals, and insurers.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments.
  • Promote the firm's professional services in the London area.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ-2PQE) should have:

  • A law degree and qualified solicitor status in England and Wales.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Clinical Negligence law.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • The ability to handle a varied caseload with high levels of accuracy.
