We are seeking a dedicated Client Manager to join our Cloud Accounting team, managing your own portfolio of clients.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established, medium tier firm with a strong presence in Liverpool. Servicing a range of clients from small to large businesses across the the Northwest.

Job Description

  • Manage onboard and develop relationships with clients, providing quality financial advice.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management accounts and reports.
  • Oversee and approve the bookkeeping and VAT returns that are prepared for by the team.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Establish good client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to company strategy.
  • Assist with the day to day workflow for the team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Sound knowledge of Xero, Dext, Syft and other cloud software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting regulations and practices.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
  • Proven track record in managing a diverse client portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
