Job Description

  • Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring the highest level of service is provided at all times.
  • Oversee the completion of accounting and finance tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and client service procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and various departments within the firm.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to enhance client relationships and revenue.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide informed and relevant advice to clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Client Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
