About Our Client

The role will focus on building and maintaining relationships and driving revenue growth within these key accounts. You will ultimately become part of our team of Public Sector experts. You will develop the skills to position our brands, products, and solutions (Recruitment operations, PageOutsourcing and PageConsulting) to our key Public Sector clients.

Do you have client engagement experience? Can you evidence account management experience? Have you worked in the public sector and are wanting to leverage that experience within a recruitment agency? Do you have business development experience?

  • A national remit working with both clients and teams across all our offices.
  • Use PageInsights and other data feeds to inform account planning and tactics
  • Provide market data to enable our clients' workforce planning
  • Work on proposition and innovative delivery plans to drive revenue growth and productivity.
  • Work with leadership teams to contribute to the overall Public Sector client strategy.
  • Communicate wins and insight into the wider business

Job Description

As a Client Engagement Manager - Public Sector, you will:

  • Provide end-to-end account management to key Public Sector clients: supporting pitches & project delivery and PSL negotiations & management.
  • Create and maintain meaningful client relationships that generate profitable revenue.
  • Increasing the number of job disciplines working with our key clients
  • Liaise with Legal and Vendor Management regarding contractual agreements.
  • Turn our expertise, knowledge and data platforms into meaningful client insights
  • Provide Management Information to key clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational errors and client complaints are resolved quickly and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge sharing and coaching to ensure our operators can work efficiently and effectively with our key clients.
  • Develop appropriate delivery models to fulfill client requirements and to remain competitive in our ever-changing recruitment market
  • Facilitate opportunities for our other brands to include PageConsulting and Page Outsourcing
