Job Description

  • Monitor and manage clients' online HMRC accounts.
  • Maintain and update client tracking systems.
  • Draft standard correspondence to HMRC.
  • Prepare and upload tax returns and other relevant documents to client portals.
  • Support additional administrative or client-related tasks as needed.
  • Print tax returns and prepare associated correspondence and packaging.
  • Set up new client profiles and records.
  • Maintain and update central workpaper files and documentation.
  • Create and manage PDF workpaper files for US clients.
  • Keep US client trackers current and accurate.
  • Draft and issue engagement letters.
  • Upload and download documents via ShareFile.
  • Provide administrative support to Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners as required.

The successful candidate will have previous experience with the above.
