Job Description

  • Cigar Expertise: Curate and maintain an extensive selection of premium cigars, ensuring a diverse and high-quality inventory.
  • Member Engagement: Provide personalised recommendations and guidance to members, enhancing their cigar experience through expert knowledge and exceptional service.
  • Events and Tastings: Organise and host exclusive cigar tastings, pairing events, and educational sessions for our members.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the storage and aging of cigars, ensuring optimal conditions and quality control.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the bar team to create unique cigar and beverage pairings, enhancing the overall experience for our guests.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Cigar Sommelier or similar role in a high-end establishment.
  • Certified Cigar Master with a passion for learning about cigars and beverage pairings.
  • Extensive knowledge of cigars, including origins, brands, and flavour profiles.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on personalised, high-end service.
  • Highly driven with an ambition to thrive and progress in an innovative company.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in an upscale venue.
  • Ability to host and present at events with confidence and charisma.
  • Commercial-minded with a suave, professional savvy to excel in a sought after role.
