Job Description

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies in manufacturing processes.

  • Provide technical guidance to enhance production quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to optimise operations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CI Engineer should have:

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to improving processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience within a Manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety regulations.
