This senior leadership role requires a seasoned executive with a proven track record in the QSR industry, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to drive growth, profitability, and market share.Financial Performance: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance management to achieve revenue and profit goals.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team and workforce.Innovation and Development: Foster a culture of innovation to continuously improve the customer experience, menu offerings, and operational processes.Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the brand reputation and compliance.Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion, including new locations and potential acquisitions.Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and excellence across all QSR locations.Customer Focus: Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.The Successful ApplicantQualifications:MBA or Master's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.Fifteen or more years in the retail sector, with at least five years in a CXO role at regional or global level.QSR experience is a must for this role.Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in own-store, franchise, and JV models.Strong financial acumen and experience managing a P&L exceeding $1B USD.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience with market expansion and new location development.Extensive travel is needed in this role, across Asia, Europe, and Middle East regions.
