Job Description

  • Develop and implement change management strategies in line with company objectives
  • Work collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth transition during change periods
  • Analyse change impact and manage associated risk
  • Facilitate training and workshops to support change initiatives
  • Oversee communication efforts related to change
  • Monitor progress and report on change management activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address and alleviate any resistance to change
  • Ensure all change initiatives meet legal, ethical and company standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful Change Management Lead should have:* Proven experience in change management.

* Extensive experience in development and deployment of processes

* Proven track record of leading structured improvement projects using DMAIC, DMADV, or Scrum Master approaches.

* Proficient in Data Analytics (e.g. PowerBI) would be ideal but not essential

* Holds a degree in an Engineering or Quality-related discipline

* Experience in managing interdependencies and integration across diverse functions and regions

* Ideally, has an understanding of ISO 9001 or ISO/TS 16949

What's on Offer

  • Day rate ranging from £500-650 per day (inside IR35)
  • Initial contract of 6 month with strong potential for extension
  • Hybrid working - minimum of 2 days per week in office (West Midlands)
