Job Description

As a as a Catastrophic Injury NQ/Associate, you will:

  • Manage a caseload of catastrophic injury claims, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all proceedings.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients while maintaining a high standard of client care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external experts to build strong cases and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Prepare and review legal documentation, including statements, reports, and evidence files.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients during mediations and court hearings.
  • Stay updated with changes in legislation and case law relevant to catastrophic injury claims.
  • Contribute to the development of the department by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards at all times.

The Successful Applicant
