Job Description

The Cantonese-Speaking Business Analyst's duties include:



  • Analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting project implementation.


  • Handling internal and external inquiries, managing hotline calls, and delivering daily operational support.


  • Assisting with testing, documentation, and training to support system or procedural changes.


  • Promoting workflow efficiency, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting risk management initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail banking or business analysis and be familiar with digital tools and core operations. Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and fluency in Cantonese and English are essential. They will be a proactive communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
