Their capabilities comprise of a mixture of strategic insight, research and communications, corporate intelligence, project management and campaign delivery.Job DescriptionLead and manage complex projects and work across multiple workstreamsActing as the key point of contact and strategic counsel for clients, and as digital and political expert for the company.Ability to articulate complex ideas and politically salient advise to client stakeholders and confidently facilitate client meetings, understanding the political climate.Anticipating project risks and actively seeking solutions - including the identification of new trends, skills and software in political digital campaigningLeading on insightful digital analysis to build an evidence base to support strategy development and changeManaging others and empowering career development and mentoring talent across the practiceActively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with new and existing clientsBeing part of pitch teams and presenting to new and existing clients, maximising digital output and capabilities on new and existing projectsUnderstanding project financials, including correct pricing, and managing budgetsExperience and knowledge with delivering multi-platform social media campaigns in a particular knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube.
