Job Description

  • Designing, developing and maintaining software for scientific applications.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conducting rigorous testing and debugging to ensure high-quality performance of software.
  • Documenting all stages of the software development process for future reference and improvement.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep our products competitive.
  • Providing technical guidance to junior team members when needed.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing innovative ideas to enhance our technology department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Software Development Engineer' should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of software development languages, such as C++ or Delphi.
  • Previous experience developing software for scientific applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
