Business Systems manager - Kent

  • Proven experience in ERP implementation (Epicor)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce (including Service Cloud/Field Service)
  • Systems architecture & integration across multiple platforms
  • Project management & delivery skills (Agile/Waterfall/Prince2)
  • Experience in change management & driving user adoption
  • Excellent stakeholder management (global & cross-functional)
  • Work with external vendors to optimise system capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all business systems.
