Following impressive growth and investment, the business are now looking for a Business Operations Manager to work cross functionally across the business / operation to drive positive change, efficiency and improvement.This role has long term scope to grow and eventually become a board level position within the businessJob DescriptionReporting into the Exec Board, this is a newly created role focused on driving operational improvement and efficiency across multiple functions, that will support business objectives. This is a holistic and sole standing role that will be a major link between the exec board and day to day operations.
