I am looking for a driven Business Development Manager to build and grow relationships with new clients, expanding the clients Managed Services portfolio and smashing revenue targets!

Job Description

  • Proactively source and develop new business leads through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups
  • Create tailored account plans for new customers
  • Drive business negotiations, offering expert advice and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams - Sales Support, Finance, Directors, and Technical Consultants - to close deals smoothly
  • Consistently hit individual and team targets
  • Keep CRM systems updated and deliver clear, accurate sales forecasts

  • Proven in sales, ideally within telecoms or managed services
  • Experienced in securing new clients - direct sales and through partners
  • Results-focused, tenacious, and self-motivated
  • A confident communicator and natural networker
  • Commercially savvy and target-driven
