Job Description



  • Client Acquisition:


    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and outreach.


    • Develop and present tailored proposals to prospective clients to meet their marketing and advertising needs.


    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the agency's offerings are clearly communicated.


  • Client Relationship Management:


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.


    • Collaborate with the account management team to deliver the best client service and results.


  • Market Research & Strategy:


    • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors in the advertising industry.


    • Create and implement strategies to differentiate the agency's services in the market.


    • Provide insights to senior management on market trends and potential areas of growth.


  • Collaboration:


    • Work closely with the creative, media, and strategy teams to align business development initiatives with the agency's capabilities.


    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and strategies.


  • Sales Reporting:


    • Track, report, and analyze sales data, lead generation metrics, and business development performance.


    • Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
