Job Description
- Analysis of business needs and processes.
- Development of effective technology solutions.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Maintaining a broad knowledge of technology trends and applications in the Professional Services industry.
- Providing training and support to users for new systems and processes.
- Documenting business processes and system requirements.
- Conducting testing and quality assurance of technology solutions.
- Reporting on project progress and outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Analyst should have:
- A degree in a technology or business-related field.
- Experience in business analysis within a technology environment.
- Experience within the Microsoft Technology framework (Azure, M365, and/or industry specific Business critical systems).
- Strong understanding of technology applications in the Professional Services industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in project management and system implementation.
