Job Description

  • Analyse business processes and requirements to understand areas for improvement or innovation.
  • Develop and execute solutions that enhance business operations.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency department to align strategies and objectives.
  • Produce actionable reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on new systems or procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
  • Liaise with external vendors when necessary.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
