Job Description

  • Track and analyze data from client inquiries and meet internal business needs.
  • Conduct in-depth functional and technical analysis for seamless system integration's and effective issue resolution.
  • Provide strategic business analysis for applications, reporting systems, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements, gathering and defining clear specifications to drive efficiency.
  • Establish robust controls and business processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Innovate and implement cutting-edge solutions that give the business a competitive edge.
  • Research emerging technologies and third-party tools, contributing to the team's technical evolution.
  • Drive business priorities with a proactive approach, delivering regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational risk frameworks, maintaining adherence to industry standards.
  • Deliver high-quality infrastructure and systems, ensuring they meet production standards and are well-documented for seamless handovers to business and support teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst Service Delivery should have:

  • A strong understanding and interest in Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysing, reporting systems and business analysis
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards service delivery.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of technology and its application in business.
  • Sufficient working knowledge of C++, Python and SQL.
