Job Description

  • Billing and collection analyst:
  • Manage the invoicing and collection processes
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with standards
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address contract related issues
  • Prepare monthly reports on billing activities and collection targets
  • Develop strategies to improve collection efforts
  • Assist in the budgeting process and forecasting activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Billing and Collection Analyst should have:
