Job Description

As a Banking Knowledge Counsel you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the development and delivery of the practice's knowledge plan and strategy to support practice development priorities.
  • Keeping up to date with legal and commercial developments that affect Banking practice.
  • Demonstrating best practice and strategic process for knowledge capture, curation and dissemination.
  • Producing insightful articles, analysis and updates for internal knowledge briefings.

The Successful Applicant

You will be an experience Banking Knowledge Lawyer with extensive knowledge of the European loan finance market and a detailed understanding of investment grade/leveraged/debt documentation and transaction structures (including private credit and/or infrastructure financing.)
