Job Description

Sales Administrator (B2B), Reading:

  • Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely fulfilment.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and documentation.
  • Handle customer enquiries, offering excellent service and resolving issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Process and issue credit notes using the internal system
  • Coordinate and organise team tasks, ensuring clear responsibilities and timely completion
