Job Description

  • Oversee and manage comprehensive audit processes
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of junior auditors
  • Experience of managing audits across Owner Managed Businesses.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Continuously improve audit methodologies and practices
  • Prepare and present audit reports to senior management
  • Participate in business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Senior should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA)
  • Proficiency in audit software and databases
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High integrity and professionalism
