As the firm continues to grow, they are looking for an ambitious and proactive Audit Manager to join the team and help develop our audit services. You'll play a central role in managing and expanding the audit offering, supporting clients, and helping build a strong audit team.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
  • Develop audit strategies, time frames, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the growth of the audit client base
  • Supervise, support, and mentor junior team members
  • Stay current with UK GAAP, auditing standards, and key tax implications (PAYE, Corporation Tax, VAT)

The Successful Applicant

  • ACA/ACCA qualified, with at least 3-5 years post-qualification audit experience in a UK firm!
  • Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in managing audits and leading teams
  • Confident with PCAS Audit Programmes (ideal, but not essential)
  • Professional, personable, and a natural relationship builder
  • Driven with a positive, "can-do" attitude
  • Eager to grow professionally in a supportive and dynamic environment
