Job Description

  • Oversee the planning and execution of audit engagements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to audit team members.
  • Ensure all audit documentation is prepared in accordance with professional standards.
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results to the management.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions.
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
  • Keep abreast of current developments in the Accounting & Finance sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Manager should have:

  • Proficiency in audit software and databases.
  • Experience of managing a team of auditors
  • Ability to manage deadlines and budgets.
  • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Sound independent judgement.
